We congratulate the programme director and professor Dr. Mario Pérez Won, for his participation in the congress Food Science & regulatory Measures 2025 whose oral presentation was entitled “Ultrasonic agglomeration applied to mixtures of macro and microalgae flours and its effect on microstructural propertis, conformational changes and in vitro proteins digestion”.
